What does success mean to you? I like this question because it’s hard. The simplest answer I can think of is to be able to live my imagination and give it away to as many people as possible in one lifetime. I’m never worried about having enough inspiration. I’m worried that one lifetime will never be enough to execute it all. Name a fear or professional challenge that keeps you up at night. The juggle. What I learned from organizing these groups was profound and boils down to this: women want to run their own companies and are much more likely to do so if they have the support of other women around them.
